Always bang on with me. More often than not next day delivery. Always got loads of stock and really friendly. Ethan is brilliant. Highly recommended.

I feel like some of these reviews don’t do this company justice so I want to quickly share my experience of them over the past few years. (Multiple orders with one arrived just today)

As a builder I deal with a lot of suppliers, direct and order/delivery based, some great, some ok, some not so great. These are in my top 3 of all my suppliers ever, probably my top for delivered goods.

Order taken promptly and attentively by Chris, stock levels advised during call. Very knowledgable. Always answer straight away.
Never took longer than two days to arrive to the south coast, packed safely banded on pallet and shrink wrapped, decent price and never ever had anything damaged or wrong. Couriers are very helpful also and do their best to put pallet exactly where I need it to save more unloading work for us.

Direct building products a lot of suppliers could learn from the way you do things, so please don’t ever change! big thumbs up from me, thanks, I never worry about material supply on any render jobs I take on which is really refreshing and makes life easier and the job more enjoyable for me and for my clients!

(Worth noting that I recently had a problem with lower than ideal temperatures in January and they were so helpful and sent me out a frost additive on next day that work a charm in the thin coat silicone and allowed me to finish the job promptly which was stood still at the time. They wouldn’t have made much on this at £20 + £10 delivery but treated me with the same degree of professionalism and helpfulness all the same)
